Elisabetta Ferrazzi: Where Wine, Hospitality & Education Meet banner
For Elisabetta Ferrazzi, hospitality has always been about people. With a background in restaurant leadership, operations and wine service, she has spent years working in environments where teamwork, guest experience and strong leadership come together. Her approach is rooted in a simple belief: people are one of the most important assets in any business.
That belief has shaped the way she works with teams and approaches hospitality. Rather than seeing service as simply a series of tasks, Elisabetta focuses on creating experiences where people feel genuinely welcomed, valued and supported.
I believe knowledge should empower people, not intimidate them.
After years of leading high-pressure operations and training teams, Elisabetta realised that education was becoming her calling. Her focus is now moving toward wine and hospitality education, where she can combine her professional experience with her interest in helping people understand and enjoy wine in a more approachable way.
At the centre of this work is her 4R™ Method Reflect, Recommend, Reason and Reassure. The method reflects her wider philosophy of education: knowledge should give people confidence rather than make them feel intimidated. Whether the subject is wine, service or hospitality leadership, her aim is to create an environment where learning feels accessible and useful.
Elisabetta is also developing sensorial wine tastings and masterclasses that bring together storytelling, flavour, aroma and shared discovery. Instead of treating wine knowledge as something reserved for experts, she is interested in creating experiences that are accessible, entertaining and inclusive.
This approach connects naturally with her interests in food, wine, travel and life. By combining sensory experiences with storytelling and education, she hopes to make wine something people can explore with curiosity and confidence.
Her journey is ultimately about bringing together the different sides of hospitality: leadership, service, education and human connection. With experience in restaurant operations and team development, and a growing focus on wine education, Elisabetta is building a path that places people and learning at the centre.
Based between London and Rome, she continues to explore how wine and hospitality can become more welcoming spaces for discovery. Her work reflects a simple idea that runs through her story: knowledge becomes more valuable when it helps people feel empowered to experience, understand and share it.
