With a background in restaurant leadership, operations and wine service, I believe people are the most important asset in any business. I am passionate about recognising, developing and empowering teams, while creating exceptional guest experiences where every person feels genuinely welcomed and valued.

After years of leading high-pressure operations and training teams, I realised education was my calling. I am now transitioning into wine and hospitality education, sharing the magic of genuinely good hospitality through my 4R™ Method (Reflect, Recommend, Reason and Reassure).

I am developing sensorial wine tastings and masterclasses that combine storytelling, flavour, aroma and shared discovery, making wine more accessible, entertaining and inclusive.

My approach to wine and hospitality is rooted in creating an environment where people feel comfortable learning, exploring and asking questions. I want knowledge to become something that brings people together rather than something that creates distance.

My work brings together my experience in hospitality, my passion for wine and my belief in the power of education. Through tastings, masterclasses and hospitality education, I want to create experiences that are informative, welcoming and genuinely enjoyable.
