Elisabetta Ferrazzi brings together years of experience in restaurant leadership, operations and wine service with a growing passion for education and hospitality. Having spent years leading high-pressure operations and developing teams, Elisabetta discovered that education was where her passion truly belonged. She is now transitioning into wine and hospitality education, sharing her approach to thoughtful, welcoming and genuinely memorable hospitality. Her work is shaped by her 4R™ Method Reflect, Recommend, Reason and Reassure an approach designed to make knowledge more approachable while encouraging confidence and curiosity. Elisabetta is also developing sensory wine tastings and masterclasses that combine storytelling, flavour, aroma and shared discovery. Her goal is to make wine more accessible, entertaining and inclusive, creating experiences where people can learn without feeling intimidated. With a strong belief in the importance of people and meaningful guest experiences, Elisabetta continues to explore the connection between wine, hospitality, education and human connection.
